My guess is an otaku. We’ve had man-slut (glasses), herbivore-that-deserves-the-worst-kind-of-NTR (reito), bully-victim (doi) and an innocent that got trapped in the situation (the mature bloke). A geek would complete the line-up.

As this is (arguably) a fan-service series, they’ll want a character that readers can associate with. A geek going to the USA and gets to have sex with white girls? That’s practically every Japanese geek’s wet dream. No doubt that’ll delight the readers and likely to attract more.

So jsut a question: does Doi have access to the not pregnant girls of Number 1? Or are girls who wanted to mate with Reito also mixed into it? I am just curious. I mean they were probably pretty upset that Reito did not want to mate at all and are now jumping at chances. Though it looks like as if Japan is going from bad palce to hell. Well that's revolutions for ya. Good thing Reito escaped.

To be fair, the latest chapter moves the story forward. And we get to know that the rebels aren’t exactly united. Some (ones who hold number 4 captive) wants to repopulate using male (slaves?), while the other side (Elisa’s) have other ways in mind (presumably).
