I really enjoye the final battle between Kallen and Suzaku. The most emotianal part was when Lelouch has his hand on Zero's helmet, and when Shirley dies.

Funny scene: orange boy picking oranges at the end! cracked me up.

I've only just started watching this series but I'm up to the seventeenth episode after two days which is pretty good going for me...

Spoiler for Shirley: My favourite scene so far the scene where Shirley and Leluche comfort each other after the incident with Mao. It was very emotional made even more so by Shirley's realization of what Leluche planned to do with his Geass and remove him from her memory. Then when they talked at the memorial of strangers it just had a very solemn feeling to it. I can't believe I'm only watching this show now... __________________ "It doesn't mean much, we never had a chance."
