A new manga is out about Medieval Armored Knights and Yuri.

So the story is about Shinobu Amakawa, a timid schoolgirl who gets saved from a groper on a train by a girl in Knight armor named Kasugai Kanade. Kanade is also a competitor in a tournament with other Knight girls like her.

So far, there has yet to be an english scanlation.

Chapter 2.
So Emilia won't allow Kanade to join her Order due to her background but someone else will.
Also, their knights armor looks good.

I'm disappointed chapter 2 a bit, because they don't use armoured-fencing techniques of Medieval European Martial Arts, they send two girls in armour flying with the edge of sword instead the guard and handle of sword just like typical shounen manga. And it would be more interesting if at the moment when Emlilia but the sword to Kanade's neck, she should use half-swording stance instead all hand on the handle.

So Kanade joins Shinobu's school which also has a Knight Order club.
And lots of Yuri teasing.

Have it on a tab to get to reading, but my first few pages of a quick preview, I cringed hard when she said she was here to protect women. Cringy as hell, guess it brings up memories of the feminist cancer nowdays with that approach <.<. Drop that part and say shes here to protecting "people" in trouble and yeah it might be pretty good ^_~

You know, considering how the knight thing is yuri 101, and we being in the middle of the club anime age, I'm surprised no one has tried this concept before.

So far its ok, half sports and half yuri teasing, though the balance seems to have gone on favor of the latter in chapter 3. Not that I'm complaining.

Thing is, Kanade's a well meaning idiot who takes the knight thing to heart, and the old school knight stories would most likely use woman instead of person since that's how things worked back then.

Also, this seems to be a series where men are not relevant to the story anyway.

Girl Knights x Knight Tale manga has been cancelled.

I hope the author continue the manga through a different magazine or reboot the series.

Good manga, sad that it got cancelled.

Was just starting to read the chapters today. There's strong medieval feel to it, despite being set in modern times.
