Majority of these webnovels that got away are with alphapolis' policies, while a handful are completely removed their work on Narou. Post them here!

Edit for clarity: I'm looking for webnovels that have been turned into novels, and had their contents stripped by a lot due to alphapolis policies (they can't post more than 1/3 of the novel's contents) or removed their entire online uploads on narou. I'm seeking for people's posts to distill all these conditions instead of sieving through hundreds of pages to locate a webnovel that fulfills this condition.

I know this is being TLed, but darn this got digested by alphapolis. A pretty intriguing novel that uses brains instead of laser beam magics to beat the enemy, but it might not be flashy enough for some.

Digested by Alphapolis. Not sure what this is, but it sold pretty well to be in the top 20 list somewhere.

Cause it's useful information for me to place everything together? I purchase books from time to time and that includes narou titles, if you don't have anything to contribute there's no need to even post it.

It seems you don't understand or didn't bother to read what the contents of this title is. I'm not looking for the upcoming jap novels/manga thread nor am I using the Syosetsuka ni narou (Let's become a novelist) thread.

The things that you bothered to do are condescending and antagonistic, and might even be stupid depending on whether you read the contents and still don't even understand what's happening here.

Webnovels that get published by alphapolis have to change their uploaded chapters in narou (which is where upcoming authors post their chapters to) to no more than 1/3 of the book's length, so it's the webnovel that gets stripped down.

There are some authors who take down their entire uploaded chapters in Narou (I'm pretty sure Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei used to be a webnovel.).

Sound rather interesting. If they were supposed to be stripped from the net, does that mean somewhere there are LN versions of these stories floating around?

This is why the wayback machine is great, just look back through the years and you can find the whole series still even if it was taken down and is gone.

Oh snap, the archives does seem to work (I know some titles are already gone though), better start saving them to notepad. Thanks Xacual.

Edit: Urgh. 平兵士は過去を夢見る Last chapter of vol 1 not captured - -!. Well I am planning to buy it during christmas time, guess it has to end as a cliffhanger for now.

Volume 2 has majority of it missing.

We already have threads for most of these works, and given that our site doesn't allow linking to raws, it isn't really the best place to gather or discuss which works were removed from Japanese websites when published. So I'm going to lock the thread.

The average soldier Jon (honestly this name is not a good one. Hm.) fights along side with the Hero and his harem/team. His other soldier friends have been struck down long ago, and this final raid into the demon lord's castle has him being gutted like a fish. Jon goes back in time to the period where he's a completely young baby. He retains the knowledge on sword techniques and usage of magic. I'm not sure if he's elevated to a hero status or better than average cannon fodder ABC. Hard to say if writing style is better than Tsuyokute new saga, but the digested portion does looks like it offers some very decent backstory to it. - Gate JDSF Spoiler for Intro: Japan gets invaded by parallel world army forces, unfortunately their technology is at least 2000 years behind and they get pwned hard by JDSF. The protagonist in question is Youji Itami who handled things during the invasion. Even though he's a slacker and hardcore genius in being lazy (backstory of a drill mission where anyone capturing him will be promised a reward of free time off, said drill gets called off because the mission was too difficult after failing to catch him for an extended period of time.), he is promoted and has been to tasked to lead the counter offense against the enemies. A nice intricate read but the manga does capture the novel really well. - この素晴らしい世界に祝福を! (slight difference in webnovel vs novel, age is dramatically lowered) Spoiler for Intro: Satou Kazuma (16 years old) (novice adventurer) meets up with a goddess who tells him he's going off to fight the demon lord, and tells him to pick 1 "cheat", sword or magic or talent. She also thinks Satou is a useless hack and a superb coward because he pushed a girl away from a truck, causing the girl to get injured when the truck was able to stop in time. Because of how he pushed her, he fell to the ground and subsequently died of shock because he thinks he's going to be become ground meat. Satou the neet snarks back angrily with some speech after realizing his true cause of death from the goddess, and finally points at the goddess as the "cheat" for rubbing salt on his wounds. Goddess Aqua (? age) (high priestess) goes ballistic at realizing he picked her as pikachu but is forced to become the cheat and a replacement goddess take her place. Satou stats in that other world is basically average with above average intelligence and absurdly high luck. He snarks himself later on as he laments the ridiculously teammates he picked up. Megumin (age 14) (magician) A girl who ONLY likes EXPLOSION magic. Satou snarks on her as she claims to be a great magician, realizing that if she's so great she should already be in a party. The fact that she's starving and willing to work for nothing but food proves that nobody wants her. After using said EXPLOSION magic, she has no mana left and is unable to continue (because it even drains her HP as replacement mana). Dakuteneus (age 18) (tanker) A closeted unbelievably hardcore M knight who dreams of being whipped and hurt in places by monsters. Satou picks up on her flaws easily because she usually inserts one line of being happy to be violated by monsters. She places all her stat points into defence and none on accuracy, ending up unable to hit the monsters even one time. Satou nearly gets driven insane by the trio's uselessness. One male member from another team who envies his luck for being "carried" by the trio's high class professions and remarks on it, drives him beyond his breaking point where he drags that male member down and forced him to exchange teams for 1 day. The other team derided him initially till they realized that Satou is actually a strong leader and realized why the trio nominated him as the leader. That member later begged Satou in tears to let him go back to his team. - Tsuyokute new saga I know this is being TLed, but darn this got digested by alphapolis.
