Good episode. Inami is so damn cute!! I kind of groaned when she was introduced as an Androphob, but she turned out really good. Poplar was funny as well. That information guy was so... threatening lol. The drunken sister archetype is so over used. Lol, poor Satou! I felt really bad for him. Inami acting the way she did when giving the MC chocolate was really cute. Overall, great episode.

I can say this episode is better... Inami is so cute and Poplar gets back into the spotlight... Not only that, Takanashi is so cute as a child...
Spoiler for Episode 4:
Rating: 8/10

Hmm, that was an extra scene in the DVD version of episode one, right? I don't remember it from the first few times I watched the ep, which got watched a lot as I was really anxious for this series to start. xD I'm glad they threw that in there. I wonder if all the episodes are going to have additional scenes in the DVD versions.

Takanashi Souta and Souma Hiroomi... yah I got confused a couple times too.
Just got caught up with this and I gotta say, one of the better character driven comedies I've seen in quite a while. Also just realized that all three of the main male cast were in Durarara. I mean I knew the cooks were Shizuo and Izaya but I didn't know that Fukuyama Jun played Shinra. The sort-of similarities of the cooks to their Durarara counterparts also tickles my meta-bone. Kamiya's character being a cheerful, manipulative information-gatherer, whereas Ono's character is cool-headed and stolid and likes to hit Kamiya's character... also I really need to catch up on Durarara... =_=;; Anyway! The antics keep getting better, can't wait for the next episode! (And it really has been a while since I've thought, "Wow, I'm disappointed that there's not more out so I can watch." Then again it's also been a while since I've been up to date with a current series...) I feel bad for Satou... he's such a nice guy. =(

Ep 5 probably made Satou the scariest person in the show, putting fear even into Yachiyo. Good god, for a show about a family restaurant there's a lot of fun to be had. Definitely my favourite out of all the anime for this season.
Wonder if we ll see some romance between Inami and Souta in the future episodes.

Ach, I'm waiting for now on... Himatsubushi's translation wasn't that great... what was with leaving "keitai" untranslated? They did that with another word, too... not to mention some flat-out wrong wording... speedsubs are speedsubs but...
But a good episode. Inami's still changing her hairpins, I remember actually noticing that a little before they mentioned it in episode 4... also Satou is awesome.
