i think kakashi is fine as he is. his sharingan gave him the kamui but he is not THAT handicapped without it. kaskashi is more than enough of a match for black zetsu now that he has been separated from kaguya. i remember BZ being quite fearful of kakashi (and minato) right after he took over obitos body. but considering how the kages are up to something big, my guess kakashi my remain irrelevant for a while. btw, i think the sages jutsu will be bring the gang back to earth.

I'm still suspicious of hagaromo though. he might as well joined the fun and get himself revived too

Sasuke obviously gave him some chakra to travel through the dimensions. He could also run around and use MS abilities.

Funny, because Naruto said that he wouldn't forgive Obito several chapters ago. Or he could have just teleport his bone instead of Kakashi as he was far more needed in the battle.
