It's an original anime with Seiji Kishi in charge as director. The studio doesn't surprise me but I hope they pull off a decent show.

It's a new anime coming next season with no known studio yet. Takahiro (Akame ga Kill!) is involved. Seiji Kishi will be director. More info to come later.

It is airing tomorrow, and apparently two eps worth. CR gives an air time of around 11:20am.

This is another of those series I am wondering about - so little was said ahead of time about it.

Did anyone see the 1st 1/2 of ep 01 airing on NicoNico, by the way? If so any details you can share?

1. Actually the first half of ep1 video is available around the net.

2. I guess the most probable reason why they put so few information out before its air ia to avoid spoiler...which the action itself already hinted non-generic development...

3.As for the first half's content, at the beginning it is seen that the 4 main characters acting a dolls drama for kindergarten kids yo enyrrtain them, and after the supposed opening time, the scene jump back to their schools when their lesson just ended and they go to their yusha(brave/hero) club's activity room where they talk about how to help find new owners for cats, and some other activities that help others, then they continue discuss about activites for cultural festival in an udon shop. After that there are some talk among characters and then by the next school day, suddenly our main characterd' phone ring and it show " Forestise warning",

then suddenly, aside from 4 of them, the time stop flowing. Then the landscape turn into colorful sky and when it come to character's school, thhe first part ended.

4. Actually, for what is happening there, I think the other novel serialise on.Dengeki G's Magazine that take place two year before this anime serve as a pretty good spoiler source. In thay novel,

The 3 main characters from 6th grade of elementary schools are to be become yusha as selected by the holy tree, with the duty of safeguarding their region from the intrude of Vortex which bring death to most part of the world except the island they're on. [Note that above information about holy tree, yusha, and world.view are all not yet announced for anime and they might possibly change the thing a bit for the anime]. So far that prequel have written around 60 pages and there are already a funeral ceremony being held for one of the three main character in that prequel. Well, aside from these fighting and etc., that prequel still feature a number of jeart-lightening interactions among characters...

Just saying but this isn't just a cute girls doing cute things show. The second half gets abnormal fast. Yuuna is a character that I want to find out more about. Hopefull a 1 cour is enough to flesh out her character.

OST is good so far too.

There's a faint whiff of Madoka-clone about this, but I doubt it'll ever really get that dark, it was more in the surreal other world sense of things.
I'm kind of hoping they're holding back on Togo's transformation and she gets to do heroics the next time out, because it's be kind of cool to have a character in a wheelchair who's more than a sympathy/motivation character. I'd liked the way they'd shown the accessibility (the chairlift at the school) to that point.

One to keep an eye on for now.

Have now seen episode 2, and goddamn did Togo come through. Cool!
