Another pretty amusing episode this week.

The guys made Iori look like a fool with the room decorations. Poor dude. But hey, at least he is starting to get used to his new lifestyle by wearing clothes more often. Chisa still has a rocky relationship with him in the present timeline but maybe that can improve soon.

Really loved the visual quality of the aquarium world.

i really don't think i've laughed that hard at an anime in a long long time. i like how the story is moving forward in bite sized pieces too. i don't think anyone is looking for a story driven show here..

Yeeah. Don't expect too much in terms of story progression. There will be arcs covering events, buut manga is slow going vis a vis relations so don't expect too much on that front, unless they make some wierd things with the adaptation.

Clearly the guys meant they were wearing their birthday suits under those aprons. And I laughed harder then I probably should have at the "No, we can't...the moon is watching" line from one of the yaoi posters in Iori's room.

It wasn't even a poster. It was on a screen. It looked to me like from a dating sim of yaoi kind...

The senpais keep ruining Iori's life. Although now that I think about it, Kohei was largely responsible this time.

Friends "helping" is a theme here. The show could be subtitled as
"With friends like these..."

The upperclassmen in my frat once made me drink a 3 story beer bong. They also stole the door from my room and replaced it with a piece of cardboard when I was with my then girlfriend at the time.

This is pretty much an American college experience disguised as an anime.

I didn't laughed much this episode, but I liked how Iori is now ready to try something different aka diving and can't wait to see how he gonna like the real underwater world once he is in it.

Haha, I love Azusa's introduction. She misunderstood about Iori but seems like they will get along pretty well.

The drinking jokes were pretty on much on fire as usual lul

We actually got some diving. Of course, it wasn't the focus of the episode at all.

Azusa is great, but I bet she never loses at naked rock paper scissors. I'd be glad to be proven wrong in future episodes.

Iori and Kouhei's plan backfired as expected. In the end, the senpais are the ones who got what they wanted. Chisa, Kouhei, and Iori all entering a contest increase their chances to win.

This one TBH was a bit weak. Also so far I don't think the anime skipped even one chapter.

But yeah, next week Cakey will arrive and the festival is going to kick the insanity (and shitty behavior) into a higher gear.
Also events will kick start Iori's HELL on the uni side too

Only thing I noticed they skipped was during club recruiting where in the manga they split up tables to A, B, and C where A was non-alcoholic, B was light alcohol, and C where Iori was forced to go was the really hard stuff.

I actually noticed that they put lots of diving part in the adaptation
including the opening song and animation which should be pretty misleading

Cakey would be here next week and Izu Festival is actually one of my favorite arc
Azusa is also finally appeared

I really thought that the manga has better art, even though the animation is not that bad as well

Yeah the adaptation is kinda lazy. They are relying too much on the manga to the point that at points it feels more like someone put narration over colored manga panels.

I myself dropped manga because it's humor got quickly obnoxious, but surprisingly it works well enough in anime. At times it even looks as anime about diving.
