Chifuyu is the sensor, she had a field day tearing the hell out of articles whose credibility is destroyed by Hata. (tend to spice things up or twist the fact) And thus, Kaoruko is mostly in charge since she's more trustworthy than the teacher.

In the case of summer edition, she wonder if she should ask them not to put her photo, but in context of articles in the same magazine, that photo is taken when she's playing volleyball so she let it slip. In the case of Winter edition, Shino took her place, so the Twincest go past the censor...

Is it pragmatic to cripple a rapist's bodyguard for life to stop his boss from getting another victim?

Yeah, the bodyguard should know how their job is pretty risky, especially considering their boss...

No, as in could said person who did the crippling get tried or jailed for it? He's not police, or any kind of law enforcement.

Yes, it could be used as a case of physical assault.

Can one be considered conceited for being a pacifist even though he's really strong?

Nope. Batman's a technical pacifist, but he's considered one of the biggest badasses for it.

....What? He's the only guy who absolutely despises murder:/ Hell, he saves the Freaking JOKER like three times in the early comics alone and even begged Ra's al gul to save Professor Strange even if said guy was a mass murderer and psychopath.

The problem is that the VICTIM is different, the rapist was convicted for serial rape, the 'hero' is convicted for assault, the case might be linked but otherwise are exclusive.

@ Demi
I'm afraid not, pacifism =/= weak

Ichika's case of letting others get their way. Between kindness and doormat, which side of the spectrum is he?

Doormat

He is unwilling to hurt them and rarely bothered for real, so he let them pile shit on him. This create an effect where the girls unconsciously dominate him, he simply never actually mans up and thus nobody will stop them.

@ Senpai and Demi - He says something like "Telling others what to do even if you don't know them? Give me a break! I'd ignore it if it was a friend, but not when it's someone I don't know."

@ Senpai - So you can get convicted for having to assualt a Rapist's bodyguard because he was stopping you from getting to the racist and saving someone?

Hence I said the bodyguard has seen it coming, said bodyguard can ALSO be convicted of assisting the accomplishment of capital crime.

Yeah, playing with the law is definitely not fun. In reality, it wouldn't be as simple anyway :|

@ Demi
Maybe you mean the difference between kindness and being a doormat? If that so, then yes.

In mine, there are two approach used in different fic. The first one is letting them know what he wanted, and he means it. (give and take) The second one is more about understanding and tolerance. (mutual agreement)

@ Senpai - Is a retractable staff a decent non-lethal weapon?

What about Escrima sticks?

In the Future fic, I'm planning to make Saito an Anti-hero as a result of neglect from being ignored by family and not being good enough to be the new Tatenashi (Is this really a dude's name? Sounds pretty girly to me). While the rest of the family follows honorable combat and Thou Shalt not kill, he's a combat pragmatist and uses whatever it takes to get something done.
