Genso Suikogaiden Volume 1: Swordsman of Harmonia
Gensō Suikogaiden (Japanese: 幻想水滸外伝?) is a two-part spin-off volumes from the Suikoden role-playing video game. Both are made in a form of a visual novel. Suikogaiden Volume 1: Swordsman of Harmonia (Gensō Suikogaiden Vol.1 Harumonia no Kenshi) was released in the autumn of 1999 on PSX and the fan translation has just been made now. The game tells the story of Nash Latkje, a former noble from the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia, the superpower of the Suikoden world, and his various quests. The events of the game intersect with those of Suikoden II, but are more of a side story. Screenshots So, any Suikoden fan picked this one yet? ^^

let see.. if my memory did not fail me... there is Riou and Jowy in this.... also Bolgan Ellie and Rina.
sigh... i still vainly wished for 2d remakes of suikoden 5 ..... why do they make a good plot like suikoden 5 into a pathethic 3d that is not even catching up to chrono cross?? just make all suikoden into 2d... it is better that way...

Hmm, I think part of the reason why most games, Suikoden included, try to be 3D is the perception that "good graphics = good quality". But as fans and haters of FF13 can attest, it's not always the case.
