If you like aggressive girls, but lack that masochistic streak - you might want to go for Tamaki (To Heart 2) or Rin (Fate/Stay Night).

While Rui Kosaka is still my favorite and most pretty female character...she's 11. (13/14 in the 1991 story) That's a bit on the young side for a 21 year old...

So for the purpose of marriage:

Minami Kousaka ftw.

Too bad she's (technically) taken.

as far as anime....I dunno Vash from Trigun is very VERY high up there for one of the best anime characters ever.

The Ouran boys would be a good catch. :P (Tamaki, Kyouya, or Mori for me)
Though the best are kind and reliable, like Tatsumi (Yami no Matsuei), Tsuchiura (La Corda d'Oro), or Nomiya (Honey & Clover).

Handome + glasses + gentleman type = win win win Q( ' w ' )o

I was going to turn down Tezuka from Prince of Tennis for being too young, but does anyone seriously believe that those kids are REALLY 14? :P And the actor who played him in the live-action movie is 20 and so damn handsome T_T It's like Tezuka is alive... so I can feel better about being in love with a 2D character by being in love with his real-life counterpart instead. ~_~

I'm wondering what Sakura (Da Capo) would be like as a wife - assuming she grows up.
