I don't know if it's the same you submitted as entry, but this one still has issues on the right corner, it doesn't blend well with the background and the transition isn't smooth. It isn't acceptable as it is now, sorry if I didn't say it before but I noticed just now.
Anyway, you can edit your post in the entry thread until the deadline.

Sup. I'd make an entry myself if it wasn't for my PS going bonkers. And I'm rusty.
Main problem is the solid color bg and the actual render. Blend the two together better by experimenting with Layer Filters or adding additional clouds. Carefully. At least, try and make it not cut off so hard. Other than that, it's fine. I'd propose bringing out the girl a bit more. Not by a lot, but amplify the contrast by a small margin, especially her head with the flowers. Blending looks fairly fine otherwise. Very nice blending and quality. However, the right side clashes a whole lot considering it's green on blue, a problem the left doesn't have as much. Try a soft Eraser a little more on the green so the cutoff isn't so hard. If you're going to add text, I'd propose something white and small over the green to the right. Quote:

When I use my mobile device to access this thread, the top of the banner background becomes yellowish or greenish. However, when I take a screenshot and transfer it to a computer, it reverts to white. Is it an issue with accessing the site with mobile devices or is my device faulty (I can still see pure white on it though)?

@rikikkai it's looking good and well blended but the text feel kind of odd to me but it might be a question of taste.
@ReinZwei, the text is too much to the right, putting the focus too much out of the center.

Two things: it looks a bit too bright on the whole, I'd slightly decrease brightness and/or contrast. Secondly it's a bit small, there's almost 50% gradient and 50% banner, the ratio should be around 25:75 or 20:80 imho. But putting these things aside it looks nice
In agreement with the above comment, the text is too much on the right. In addition, the colour used for "AnimeSuki" is too strong in the sense that when you look at the banner, the first thing to capture the eye is that text (while it should be the image).
