well you can always check onemanga.com..although it only has really few chapters on it..

... There's only CSR and CSR: Missing Mail. I see no traces of Feri no Uta.

I'm not sure if he do know it is from Felli no Uta though. And since it's a 4-koma manga, you can expect that the first volume will not be released (If it will be released) for a long time, considering that this series is the newest of Regios universe
