It's not a mess. The only problems were in the last few episodes of the 2nd season. They cut out important scenes from the LN and didn't include them in the BD's either. That's still not enough to call the show a mess though.

I just hope this series turns out great like his other ones minus gargantia. Gargantia didn't feel like a Urobuchi series at all.

Seriously, though, Gen Urobuchi's story and Takako Shimura's character designs? Be prepared for lots of dissonance.

According to the trailer the show will premiere this July, I thought it would air later but having Urobuchi and Sawano on board is a total must-watch for me.

I'm sick of Aniplex drying out Sawano for every penny he's worth. He needs a break from the industry and needs to stop the heavy usage of vocal tracks in his shows.

lolwut? He's done more video game (I would imagine he's done with X), tv and movie scores than he has done anime in the last two years (2 tv series and a single movie). It's hardly the fault of Anipex's that Sawano's turning into a hack.after all not like they care about quality when he's a big name and his osts sell.... If Sawano wants to regurgitate Guilty Crown for every anime project he works on since, well that's all on him and his fanbase that eats it up.

Maybe if an anime director broke in half the cds for guilty crown, titan and kill la kill right in front of him, and than gave him the cds for unicorn and ao no exorcist and said "like these ones please" he might turn out a great score again.
