So, the line about Nejire's hair being burned... is that why she has short hair now? When did it get burned? I thought the artist just wanted to show time pass and make her look better.

Bakugou is at ShigAFO's mercy! The villain figures it won't be long until Midoriya arrives, and wonders how he'll react to seeing Bakugou's corpse. Kacchan tries to fire another explosion at his foe, but ShigAFO was ready for that, and puts him in a chokehold. He then tells Bakugou that no matter how hard he tries, he'll always remain a piece of crap compared to One For All (Deku). He then prepares to finish him off...
...But that's when Nejire flies in to the rescue! However, as soon as she attacks the villain, ShigAFO uses Bakugou as a human shield, forcing her to hold off her attack! However, this was merely a distraction, as Amajiki sneaks up behind him, and injects him with scorpion venom! Unfortunately, the villain's rapidly evolving body manages to neutralize the toxins. As he creates more tumors to destroy everyone with, Mirio suddenly appears, and saves Bakugou from the villain's clutches! He then asks ShigAFO his motive for wanting to destroy everything.... who answers that he's bringing down this flawed society. Mirio points out that's the mindset of someone who's never had friends, because if he did, he'd realize that there things that could never be destroyed! Nejire then powers up Mirio's arm with one of her waves, and lands a mighty blow on the villain!
Meanwhile, Jeanist is about to treat Bakugou's wounds, but the boy seems to be spaced out. Jeanist thinks it may be because Bakugou's spirit was broken from facing an overwhelmingly powerful opponent, but he then notices that his protege is muttering ShigAFO's movements out loud. In other words, he's still closely analyzing his opponent, proving that he's not down and out just yet....!!!!
ShigAFO briefly remembers his past life as Shimura Tenko. He then suddenly yells out to Mirio that he actually did have friends, shocking his opponent. Mirio also notes that ShigAFO's main body is stronger than the hands he created, since he suffered barely any damage from his wave punch from last chapter. As the battle continues, the AFO part of ShigAFO's mind notes that although he and Tomura have merged, there's still a part of him that hasn't fully assimilated: Shimura Tenko. He then decides to focus on Bakugou again, as fighting Mirio would prove too tiring.....
Mirio is frustrated since he thought he could pull off a better job stalling ShigAFO. We see a brief flashback of the Big 3 talking strategy, where Mirio says he'll buy time for the true heavy hitter of the three: Tamaki, aka Suneater. Back in the present, Nejire backs up Best Jeanist as they protect Bakugou from the approaching ShigAFO. We then get a brief flashback from Nejire this time, where we discover she was judged by others as being arrogant since she had such a powerful quirk. However, Tamaki got her to open up her feelings. Back to the battle, we see Tamaki has produced a huge cannon using the properties of a crap-ton of things he's eaten! The other two members of the Big 3 feel he has the best chance against ShigAFO, since they believe his quirk to be limitless.....!!!!
Which, despite being a "Big 3", has never really been shown in the slightest. She's really not done anything on screen to put her all that high in a power ranking of Class 1A, let alone the entire school.
Well, the most relevant part of the chapter's been discussed already, but just for the heck of it:
Spoiler for 362:
Tamaki/Suneater thinks of all his friends as he unleashes his most powerful attack yet: The Vast Hybrid Plasma Cannon! So great is the cannon's power that its blast travels for miles outside of the UA barrier!
....Unfortunately, even THIS isn't enough to bring down ShigAFO. In fact, he mocks Tamaki, saying this wouldn't even be enough to kill All Might in his prime. That's when Bakugou suddenly steps forward! ShigAFO makes a beeline for him, but Bakugou is suddenly quick enough to dodge his attacks! We then get a brief explanation of his explosion quirk, and discover that he's making explosions come out through his entire body, not just his palms! However, these extra explosions cause even more damage to his already battered body. ShigAFO suddenly finds himself anxious fighting against the boy, and is reminded of the second OFA user....
Bakugou sees an image of All Might, and takes out the AM trading card he and Deku got in their childhood. He said he had wanted his idol to sign it. Back to the battle, we see that, despite several heroes backing him up, they weren't able to prevent ShigAFO from landing a devastating blow on Bakugou! As he's sent flying, a weather forecast reports a sudden rise of temperature around the area of the battlefield. As the horrified heroes watch on, we also get a brief glimpse of Bakugou's parents, as well. ShigAFO gloats over his victory, while Jeanist says something happened to Bakugou's heart. At the end of the chapter, we see young Katsuki lying on the ground, motionless, his All Might trading card right next to his face.....

Okay, so the following speculation is predicated on the idea that this isn't BS:
Spoiler:
If Bakugo really is dead, I surmise that the 2nd user's unknown ability is going to be a Delorean/Superman2/Speed Force-esque time travel quirk, that traditionally gets used for high speed movement but can also go so fast you can go back in time.
Deku hasn't trained it yet, so he can't control it. That's why the vestige told him not to use it until absolutely necessary. He'll now fight AFS (All For Shigaraki) and lose, both because of a power difference and his emotional state due to Bakugo's death. However, he'll activate the 2nd's quirk before having OFA taken, and go back in time to before Bakugo's death. Not sure how far back, but back enough that they'll be able to fight AFS together and win this time.
Power of teamwork and all that.
Going to come back to this if this chapter isn't a fake-out and see how accurate I am.
