Remember the explanation of the unit, it is something which turns illusion into reality. and maybe that's one form of the 1st spirit's power. She might also have escaped from the DEM's base(If the case was she was hold in after she appeared 30 years ago) and made the ruckus 5 years ago, coming into contact with Shidou.
Shidou's illusion was to save her little sister and that gave him his form on sealing the spirit's power, probably.

Tohka is, to my knowledge, the one of if not the only main female light novel heroine that I know of that is totally likeable and doesn't have some sort of repulsive personality flaw. Everyone else is a flat-chest, cataclysmic tsundere, is anti-social in some way, or is a tsundere, overbearing and arrogant, or is a tsundere, has a cold personality, or is a tsundere. Them tsunderes everywhere.

@XFire Erica has a huge personality flaw she's possessive as hell. Rias's personality flaw is that she's dishonest with her feelings and it leads Issei on for far too long.

Kotori only gave him the power of reviving/regeneration. The main origin of Shidou's sealing powers is currently unknown but is speculated to be related to the "voice" that Shidou hears during Volume 1 after he faints from the backlash from the fight between Tohka and Origami, where the voice is speculated to be the very first Spirit that appeared 30 years ago.

Those lines seriously depict that the 1st Spirit may be Shidou and Mana's mother.

Because of the following words:

Nostalgia
Warmth
Finally we meet again
I won't leave you again
I won't make a mistake again

Nostalgia and Warmth depict that Shidou is remembering his mother's warmth

The last 3 lines kind of matches with what happened to Shidou before he was adopted. He was left by his mother. It's been like 7 years since he last saw his mother, and if his mother calls that a mistake and has been longing to see him for a long time, then everything matches.

i have a theory on that, if shidou's mother was the spirit from 30 years ago

shidou's mom angel is the king which allows her to chose people who become spirits by given them angels or sealing them away, seven years ago DEM kidnapped mana in an attempt to control the future spirit of the king or so they believed at the time killing their father in the process, when shidou's mother finds out she leave's shidou with an acquaintance kotori's mother, whom I believe is the former spirit of ifreet, and she attacks DEM headquarters to get mana back, during which she is more than likely killed by DEM, since they no longer need her because, releasing all the angels she has sealed away which inturn search for new vessels, which tohka, kotori, yoshino, kurumi, the twins, and miku, but what DEM didn't count on was shidou's love for him which was reflected in the kings angel so instead of mana getting it shidou got it instead but it accidently damaged his memories because he is not a girl

At first I thought the King/Queen spirit will be another addition to the harem, but if I look back, it seriously feels like she is Shidou's mother.

Only time will tell I guess.

I am kind of wondering how the anime is going to portray what happens in chapter 5 of volume 1. Why is it when something massive goes wrong, its the Government's doing? Also new here into this thread, anyone are to explain the current events of the story. Especially about that NTR comment above by Shinhwa?

2. Of course but she got overshadowed by that miko's to the point that its annoying seeing Mariya having too much screentime in the novels while others like Lily and Enda barely can.

3. But her character isn't outstanding.

4. That doll lacks charisma to be a main character. Sorry but her only appeal is that she is the girlfriend.
