This show made me rewatch Lucky Star. There's this colds vs flu discussion in the first episode of LS. That's how I figured it out.

Haha, that part was in English, I can confirm the subs accuracy. Reminds me of some foreign artists I'll listen to and try and see how much I can translate just to get stuck and realize it was English the whole time.

A woman would can cook and clean and is responsible I suppose is still considered the perfect wife and for those that just really can't handle that, they'd want a wife just like that...even if they happen to be female marrying a female. Nyamo (the PE teacher) in Azumanga asked Chiyo-chan to marry her after she witnessed the (I think 11 year old at the time) shopping at the market and getting rather elaborate foods she was going to cook for dinner that night.
