a good song for ghoul/vamp tsukune would probably be undead by hollywood undead, though some words will need to be silenced from time to time.

Just a quick thought: I think outer Moka is actually inner Moka's true self...the one without the pride of the vampire and other chains.
So maybe as the story progresses Inner and Outer merges somewhat. Not to mention that Tsukune pretty much falling for the Inner one a bit more.

Inner is the original personality... but you might be on to something here. It is possible that Outer is the expression of the feelings that Inner, as a vampire, wouldn't be allowed to have... the more girly traits, if you will. Although 16 makes me wonder if this shows that Inner is finally taking a page or two from her other side

^ That killed around 30% of the anime time, it was ennervating enough to force me to skip ALL episodes after 6 (where my mental strength abandoned me), but I enjoyed Tsukune's "public execution", and the last part with Moka's father.

The last two episodes of both seasons were my favorite because there was actually some action and was exciting.

The part with the father would have been better if Tsukune's strength was like it is in the manga. Maybe we'll get a show down between the two one day, who knows. Its a long ways off though, that's for sure.

The prediction for showdonw vs. Moka's father is when Tsukune has to meet the parents

and by then, it'll probably be a case of "if you thought Moka was strong...". Hopefully, though, Tsukune will be very close to Moka's strength then (he's getting closer as it is, but has a ways to go)

That's the general idea... we don't know the whereabouts of any of the vampire mothers, beyond that Moka's is in the human world (or at least, was in the human world)

heck, we don't even know if there are two or three vampire mothers (we know there's a minimal of two)

Well, Radiant is going to LOVE this post...

I finally got around to reading 18 and 19... and my thoughts:

18, in terms of action, was awesome. Tsukune kicking ass is always a plus. However, since it was one of those "hero needs to be re-motivated" chapters... yeah, I kind of facepalmed at it, and it drags the score down, with Tsukune being "oh noes I can't do this anymore"... at least in the beginning. By the end of the chapter, I'm thinking to myself, "Tsukune, you can still be a dumbass, can't you". So while a good chapter, it still could've been better if he hadn't been "emo" at first

19- All I can say is, damned set-up chapter. Looks like shit's going to hit the fan within the next chapter or two, though... and Gin actually looked cool again! And did I mention that Ruby's swimsuit had me going o_0? (Moka was nice though... dammit Tsukune, give her the whip (since it's less risky than c)ross next time she's wearing that suit!). But beyond that... yeah, just a bit of fanservice and then set-up at the end were the only good things about

(and now Radiant, you are fully allowed to bring me to submission for being a hypocrite...)
