Ginga and Subaru do not seem to be perfect copies of their mother, having at least superficial differences.

And in any case, it's not self-cest if the two bodies belong to seperate individuals. Ginga and Subaru are not their mother, nor are they the same person. They are Ginga and Subaru.

Uzumaki Naruto creating and having sex with a genderbent Shadow Clone would be self-cest, since that clone is just another body belonging to himself, rather than its own person.

One of the characters from Persona 4 having sex with their own Shadow would be self-cest, since the Shadow is merely a part of their own mind that gained independent form.

That artist is a large Mizuki Nana/Fate fan, so w/e Nana uses another one of her hip new attire, he draws Fate wearing the same thing.
