"Kamijou Touma, if you did keep your promise that you would protect Misaka Mikoto's world then why I she so sad?"
In this case it's Touma's love rival! which will lead to Etzali finally becoming the Magician hero I we wanted!.

Or it's Acqua of the Back whose returned to knock some sense into Touma. Which will lead to Touma getting the upperhand and punching the shit out of Acqua like he should have in Vol 16!
