I havent seen Kemeko in a long time and I cant find any new eps... Is it on a brake or something?

Things usually slow down at academic heavy spots like finals or midterms or that period when people are relocating. Many fansubbers do tend to be college students.

Sometimes its as simple as the translator may be about to take the JLPT series test and has to study.... or some other Real Life issue.

Visit the fansub website, sometimes they'll have blogs or status reports there.

Oh no reason to say sry. I was just wondering. Sometimes I will take a few weeks off from a show and come back and it maybe on a week break or something. I thought that would of happened. Plus I didnt see any raws which was strange. Glad you are subbing it

its a HOBBY, not a job. no reason to apologize for delays. Some of us remember waiting *months* for some series "next ep" because of real life priorities.

Spoiler for Kemeko 10 - The Second Episode Named "Fireworks" This Week:

The first was in Toradora.

Ah, the festival episode, one of the standard episode types.

Miura gets a little more screentime, and there are EPIC pillow fights. M.M. shows up in a yukata, as the previews indicated. She looks really cute, and I love the way Tomatsu voices her. The aloofness and sweetness in it is quite charming, and really shines in this episode as she returns Sanpeita's jacket to him. The final shot of M.M. entering Kemeko amidst the fireworks was really well-done.

Next week looks to answer a lot of questions.

And every time I hear MM I picture a super dere Nagi. So adorable.

I'm cheering for Tsugumi in Kannagi, but I just can't root for Izumi in this series when MM is in the show. Moe overload!

There are not enough posts in this thread!!!! Such underachieving. IMO, Kemeko DX is one of the two best shows of the season so far! (The other is Kannagi). Its non-sense, craziness is definitely off the chart. I'm disappointed about Clannad, other shows like Tales of the Abyss, Akane, Index, Mourynho... are just so-so. Toradora is slightly better. Kemeko and Kannagi keep me going!

I wonder how many questions will be answered. They have never even answered what the sprout power is all about and why M.M. is so obsessed with being Sanpeita's husband. Why does she have to be his bride in all of this at all? That's what's been bugging me.
I've seen more of the anime story then the manga. That's usually rare. Normally manga chapters are quicker to be translated.

Seeing as though there's only two episodes left, we probably well see pretty much every question answered, though the really juicy stuff like M.M.'s connection to the girl from the past will probably be answered in the last episode.

Kemeko is OK.

It's not the best thing ever, but it is quite watchable and is genuinely funny at times. However, there is something with Kemeko that is very grating. When you're rooting for the 'enemy' more than Kemeko, there's something wrong with your lead. But that's perhaps only my vexations, I guess. I would like more development with regard to MM's background and not some ugly robot who exists to make Sanpeita's life problematic.

That's just my opinion, of course. It's still a decent treat.

Spoiler for Kemeko 11:

Everything went down as expected - Sanpeita's meeting with Vanilla (I can't say I was expecting the stuffed animals or the teacher outfit) and the truth revealed. While the Japanese Wiki spoiled it for me awhile ago, it was still something to hear her name spoken. Mishima Mei. MM. The finale is Kemeko vs. Kiriko, and looks to have some nice action. This episode also had some really nice fights in it - Ryoko and Kemeko's midair night battle in particular. Knowing a finale's on the way always makes me sad yet happy. After all, there are a few 2-cour shows on, and Kemeko will have a few music releases to keep me focused on it for at least a few months more.

I don't like M.M's personality. Her 'Tsundere' personality looks forced and pathetic.

Do no want that kind of girl.. but she's not extremely annoying.

Well, I liked every Fireworks and filler episode of it. The show's plot was weak and kinda generic, not my liking.

Also, Miura is the best maid of 2008. Any Mamiko Noto's role = <3

Well I guess the most shocking thing in this episode was uncovering the true meaning behind those double Ms.

So MM is actually the daughter of mr Mishima eh? Now that was definitely unexpected by me though now it makes perfect sense.

The short fight scene between Kemeko and Ryouko was quite amazing and explosive visually...but it seems like this is nothing compared to the BIG finale we are going to get with Kiriko. I am hoping for a great fight between the two

Meanwhile, I continue drooling at the sight of Vanilla <3

But I wonder about MM since the girl that senpeita met 10years ago was different from MM.... that girl had blue eyes,long straight hair while MM has green eyes, messy spiky hair (with an antena at top of her head)

So somehow I think that the girl that was born from the egg-sphere was the girl he met 10y ago while later they tryed to create new one from that girls DNA and it's MM

But mostly I think that MM is a cyborg created by Mishima.... maybe they constructed MM so she would look like that girl from past.... that's why she has different hair-style, eye color, antena at head... maybe the pst girl implanted inside her the command to protect Senpeita and the promise she made that she will marry him so now MM is fullifying that promise

The cyborg theory somehow is good becouse in episode where they are at the beach... later senpeita and MM fall into maid cave... and there senpeita said that MM is heavier then he expected

Well but I wonder what will happen if senpeita finds that girl from his past and then MM apears... which will he choice...
