"I will murder all the criminals!" is a very compelling rallying cry. The fact that carrying it out without due process means loss of innocent lives and cause abuse of the system, doesn't change the narrative being easy to understand.

For example, my home was broken into once. And back then I would certainly wish the burglar be drawn and quartered in a literal sense. To feel that you have been wronged by criminals can make one more receptive of violent retaliation. And this guy is having "revenge" as his platform. It is visceral and appealing.

It is disturbing to know that journalists are being arrested for merely being present and covering important issues like these protests. Schosberg should be freed immediately and cleared of all charges.

45 years for making a documentary about people protesting?

This would be standard news if it was happening in say Russia or China, but USA...

That's insane. Signed and shared the link. Whatever your politics, you should recognize the first amendment as one of the most wonderful things about America and protest about it being trampled on like this.

I hope whatever footage she taped before her arrest is released. That should help her cause.

Thew only thing that makes this worse is that this speech was held in College campus... one of the temples of knowledge...

I am only glad that her suggestion was welcomed with so much laugh. But I have to wonder what kind of damage can this women do if she ever becomes some major figure in Government one day.. or have the same influence in it via third party means...

Also the fact that she says all that and use her smartphone after that...

I would have taken the African Lightning Magic course, if it gave me credit towards physics.

She'd probably be the first one to go to the doctor if she feels a bit of tummy ache, even though modern medicine is also a product of science. Hypocrisy at its finest right there.
