So, this thread has been created for announcements, updates, and various other posts regarding the now unified F/HA translation effort.

I'll be sure to update this thread with major news regarding the project.

The original FSN has been done for a LONG time.

Every two to three months assuming the entire team is working. Keep in mind it's merely a few people working here so the game won't be translated any time soon. The game has thousands of strings and every 200 strings is worth about 0.1% or so.

100% patch is finally out, though it's still beta. Good enough for me.

Been playing it for the past hour, I got up to the OP.

Spoiler:

Rin and Sakura introducing themselves as the Edelfelt sisters was a huge WTF. I guess this is a memory of a previous holy grail war mixed up with the present. I assume we'll get more of that throughout the story, should be interesting.

I'm further in now and it's a lot fun. I've always wanted a slice-of-life with Fate characters and this is pretty much exactly what I got. My only regret is that Kirei isn't in it. I miss the glorious bastard. There's a serious lack of Rin too. I haven't even seen her once yet.

One thing that's particularly enjoyable is to find out the origin of some of the events of Fate/Zero.

The difference is that there weren't any slice of life with the servants in F/SN. Except Saber of course. It's really cool to see Lancer hitting on girls and Caster trying to be a perfect housewife. Shame my favorite, Archer, is still stuck in a serious role. Maybe that will change later.

I'm loving the SoL sections, especially when it comes to Sakura. It really helps give her a personality beyond her purpose in the plot.

For those of you wondering about a voice patch: the Vita release will have voices, and the previews sound great. Unfortunately, unless someone hacks the Vita, or records every single line manually, we're not going to see a patch for a long time.
