Not sure how you come to the conclusion that they could be dating just cause Orihime calls out Ichigo's family name in a cute way but not to say it's not possible just very unlikely.
Orihime seems to be the type that would use his given name, if they were dating.
Plus Ichigo still calls her Inoue.

And I was sorta right on Orihime being a idol, she was sorta singing when she appeared and does have a sorta idol status

Oh and I thought of something crazy, what if Kon was Ichigo's boss

Romance...in Bleach? Never. But, if there were, it would be off screen in a time skip...but it would have been revealed this chapter.

And they can never date because Ichigo gave up his right when he left her in Hueco Mundo. Even if he is the hero, he doesn't deserve the girl in the end.

At least this one retains much dialogs and don't have that much...one panel for page D: Though the story still seems kinda slow, but oh well I'll wait until the arc finally begins...

This is all a dream.

Rukia and the others are trying to wake him up from the aftershock of the battle. Not being able to they find someone to enter his unconscious mind. Using him as a medium, tatsuki's 'perfect' world will become distorted until he realizes that has all just been a dream and now needs to find his way out.
