More new info from XBox World supposedly:
Spoiler for New Info:
The "Search and Rescue" mechanic intrigues me, since it replaces the Mining and Scanning. I just hope it's actually fun and totally worth it

I agree about the search and rescue mechanic, sounds like a step in the right direction. I actually enjoyed planet exploration on the Mako in ME1, even though it gets a little tiresome. Planet scanning in ME2, however, was tedious from the offset. A healthy balance of both seems ideal. BTW, some of the quote seems spoilerful, may want to deal with that XD |

Heh, they probably mean "the other major alien races in general", but heh... Still, bit of a kicker for those who sacrified the Council. On the other hand, even if it is, from what else is said, it wouldn't be fatal and you can likely convince the other races to come around regardless (or circumstances will force'em) |

I doubt a lot of Shepard's can be expressed and explained easily. Simialrly how a mixture of Paragon and Renegade could be considered 'neutral' while someone might consider that 'anti-villain'.
Mine is unusually pragmatic and vicious, but is a father to his men. Like, using a renegade interrupt to push a guard out of a skyscraper, while still stabbing the hell out of the hug button for Tali. Quote:

Pushing the guard out of the skyscraper was helluva fun though, wasn't it~? I totally forget about the headbutting Krogan thing though. That was badass, for a variety of reasons. |

How about shooting the gas pipe, after which the krogan says "Ha, you weakling human missed", after which shepard shoots again for BOOM!
That was also totally worth it. Frankly, renegade got all the good interrupts. Can't think of a good paragon one. |

Hehe. The Krogan Headbutting has got to be one of my favourite interrupts. Pity indeed that Renegades seems to get all the fun since I usually prefer to go Paragon (though I'm no stranger to a renegade choice here and there)

1. Saving the Quarian from getting arrested on the citadel. Paragon interrupt brings the oh-so-awesome "You're going to arrest a Spectre?!" line to scare off the C-Sec lackey (when he threatens to arrest Shep too). 2. Hugging Tali during her loyalty mission. 3. Punching Zaeed in the face (!) during his loyalty mission. 4. Pushing over that "Biotic god" volus (Niftu Cal?) during Samara's recruit mission. 5. Shooting the lamp and taking down Kolyat during Thane's loyalty mission. 6. Pistol Whipping that doctor from the Overlord DLC. As far as I can recall, most of the others are pretty lame, getting your team-mates not to shoot others, saving people's lives etc. Standard paragon stuff actually |

Now that you mentioned it one ending I aimed for was to have only Jacob, Miranda, and Legion survive. I had done all of the loyalty missions but I set it up so that everyone died along the way. I sent Legion as the escort and took both Jacob and Miranda with me. Therefore only Mordin was left to fend for himself....needless to say he didn't last very long |

Your reaction gave the impression it was something critical. It wasn't that bad......sorta. But meh I'm still highly anticipating this game.
(Request to all: PLEASE CAN IT WITH THE REACTIONS TO POTENTIAL SPOILERS IN THE FUTURE. COMPARED TO JUST LEAVING A BUTTON FOR US TO PRESS TO VIEW IT, IT'S A LOT MORE TEMPTING IF PEOPLE'S REACTIONS TO THE SPOILERS ARE POSTED ON HERE.)
