I forget the episode number, but it was when Sasuke was fighting Oro in the forest. It's an "in between" frame, so you won't notice it unless you pause it on that exact frame, or are making a gif (which was how it was found) and extract the animation sequence that has it.

It was episode 30 at 04:07.923 as Kamui said its only 2 frames so its very hard to see it unless you pause at that exact time, or open the episode with virtualdub and check it frame by frame.

if u pay attention u can see that frame clearly without pausing or anything, just need to pay attention

I believe this frame was brought to our attention by p3psi or crimson. It could be someone else too. TheGreatYakoshi then adapted this dorky picture as the icon of ASS. I like DF's icon of Sasuke. He looks such a cry baby.

Btw, I was referring to the icon/picture/avatar of Dragon Flame which DF so inconveniently removed and changed to a new one. That Sasuke pic made Uchiha look such a cry baby.

LOL..How did you guess? Read your post (post #8) and then read my reply (the first paragraph to be exact). If you still dont understand then you are absolutely right. I have a long a way to go before I can proudly say I have finally able to scratch the surface of the language called English.

And dude (in a he/she sense since your gender is unspecified), will it kill you to post something different that doesn't atleast end up insulting someone or hinting to a potential flame-war? I mean, so far most of your post just ends up in those category and it is getting monotonous (i.e trying to teach English; you call that an insult?). well, back on track to the topic-y thing.

I personally LOVE the animation in ep 30. too many anime animation teams are extremely wooden and static. they ignore the fact that they are supposed to be creating a -string- of pictures, and not just one. lots of frames in 30 are warped, streched, or otherwise "incorrect" as to anatomy, but it is all done with the intention of very fluid (and high frame count) animation.

other fun place to note: when Sasuke first attacks, flipping through the air and throwing kunai. he streches and twists all crazy like, but it conveys his acrobatic action PERFECTLY.

the team that did the most recent Sasuke/Gaara ep. really needs to take some cues from this team on how to show speed and action. Sasuke's running was so jerky because each frame was approached like it was a still, no provisions for motion at ALL. look at Oro blazing around Sasuke in 30, my favorite effect was his motion blurred self being a good 'beat' ahead of his dust trail.

Zillford, you so own.
Episode 30 is one of my favourites.
It has the coolest movementes, fluid combat and gives you a feeling of speed and action - despite sasuke looking dorky - and with that music in the background... i was really "wow".
