That case isn't watercooled you will have to buy a watercooling system separately in case you aren't aware. I have questions though, Why 32bit?, Why Vista Ultimate? IMO this is a pointless excercise, if you want 32bit, stick with XP. Also a minor thing switch the Lite-on Drive to a Pioneer as most testing shows the current Pioneers have the lowest (best) PIF error counts across different media brands/types.

My only beef with the Tuniq is that it's massive. Great HSF, but massive.
Anyway, seems like he's almost done, huh? Been a long journey. Anyway, thing is: Do remember that certain hardware/software won't work on 64-bit OSs. Last I've heard ( and it's been a while - not sure if SP1 has changed anything ), Vista x64 still had driver conflicts and problems. I also hoped to go 64-bits, but not sure if my Wacom tablet would hold, so I'm sticking with XP Pro for the moment. Vista seems to be scoring better in both SLI and Crysis performances for some strange reason no-one understands and x64 should run your games faster also. But take my opinion with a grain of salt, I haven't read much about the 64-bit scene in a while. Edit: Also, about the water-cooling. Be aware that you'll have to do a lot of reading and testing to make sure your system is working properly. You'll have to do that anyway once you put it together, but with a water cooling system it's even more important. Reason being that water in a case + leak = mess. Even if you use a non-conductive solution, which you should by all means, if it starts leaking, be prepared that it takes a while until everything dries back into place. I'd suggest sticking to air cooling for now.

I've also heard claims that 64-bit Vista performs far better than 32-bit Vista, but I've never seen it confirmed. It's also possible that the 64-bit users have loads of RAM compared to the 32-bit users, which would make a big difference.
