Yeah I know. I'm at home for break and I don't have the episodes with me, and this ISP throttles torrents so I can't download a huge batch and look around...I know what the guidelines are my current situation just sort of makes them hard to follow.

10:29-10:33 or so. I'd like from when it focuses on Kuukaku on Jidanbou's shoulder to when it zooms into her eye.

100x100, less than 1mb would do just fine, or AS safe.

I can make avatars too but how do you get them to 100x100 . In Virtual Dub it is always 640x480 and How you can change the frames to 100x100 ?

How to make your own animated Gifs

If you don't have ImageReady, there's GIMP (open source), Ulead's Gif Animator, and others but not sure where to direct you to for tutorials for those.

I used this Tutorial . But the Images are 640x480 and if I resize them to 100 , then the Images are 100x75 and not 100x100 . Why ?

When you resize the image, the default setting is to "constrain proportions" so that the ratio stays the same. You have to unclick where it says constrain proportions:
