Sierra Nevada Mountain range That specific place some where just over the CA border coming from Reno, NV. I don't know the specific name of the peak since we kind of just parked and hit a trail off the side of the road.Granted I've never been to that part of CA before and that was a trip from '99. I'm a wuss when it comes to cold but it was Feb. and we did need our winter coats, but not that high up and after walking/climbing for a good 30-60mins.
