I hated her at first but now I kinda like her

I don't know if it's Eclipse encoding or that episode actually lacks colors.

that episode actually lacks colors i've had it in many versions different groups doing the encoding obviously.

The art in that episode was just bad overall with lots of badly-drawn faces.

I wouldn't be surprised if the DVD version of that episode has scenes that are entirely redrawn and reanimated.

Or not have an ending and release an episode say every 2 months following along with the developments in the manga... hehe, no way that would ever go over anywhere but in chiba's dreamworld.
