I'd like to know what the diffrence between meta-Beatrice and piece-Beatrice regarding EP 4 is?

We don't know.

They seem to be two separate people.

BUT BUT BUT BUT
I don't know.
When I was first watching Umineko, my computers sound was dead, so when Maria (thought It was pronounced like the Spanish) called her Beato (I thought it was like, beat-o)
I also never understood how they got Beatoriiche out of Beatrice

Minus the "o" which is due to Japanese having difficulties in pronouncing the "tr" sound.

Beatrice is the same person whether as herself or a game piece.

On the contrary, the mistress has the power to replace herself with her Gameboard piece. In the matter of Episode 5...
Spoiler for Episode 5:

Although, we can play it like this:

The people outside the gameboard are the players, and can summon up their own pieces, hence the reason why it's called a GameBoard.
Beatrice controls' "Beatrice", the piece that kills the many people on the gameboard. Although, Beatrice has the ability to replace herself.

Regarding episode 4, it seems Meta-Beatrice and Piece-Beatrice are different people. Although, they have the same thoughts and history regarding Battler, and can switch places.
Try to imagine Beatrice and Battler are like the floor on the sky watching DOWN on the gameboard. And she just swapped her place to get a closer look and to slap Piece-Battler perhaps.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the part where Beatrice talks to herself... Hekekekekeke! The woman's gone crazy! Just like I thought! Anyways, seemingly, though Battler's piece and himself are the same person. But can I ask you guys a favor? Stop calling him Meta-Battler or any Meta-character for that matter. At least call him Purgatory- Battler or something other than Meta- . Its really annoying.

"Meta-" is an English derrived prefix for words that means "beyond".

In Umineko's case, it probably means "beyond life" or "beyond reality".

Wikipedia refers to where Battler and Beatrice are watching the game from as the "Meta World"

But the VN nor the anime do not and the "Meta World" is actually called the Purgatory, which is why it never caught on to me. I just call them Battler and Battler's Piece and Beatrice and Beatrice's Piece. Its just a petpeeve for me.

The word "purgatorio" was only used once in tea party of episode1. Several other instances of metaworld scenes never used the same caption again.

It is most probable that purgatorio defines a particular place in the sea of the manyworlds beyond the physical world, and not a general term to define them all together.

The official anime site calls it the Meta World on the tea party page.

plus, doesn't meta-Moetrice sound cooler than if it were Purgatorio MoetriceBeatrice?

I don't pay attention to most anime sites since they really don't help in my case.

Or just simply calling her Beatrice sounds cool enough.

Well there's a difference between the Beatrice of 1967, the Beatrice of 1986, and the Beatrice of the Meta World.

Giving them the names.
1967 Beatrice
Suit Beatrice/Beato
Meta Beatrice/Beato

Helps lessen the confusion...

You forgot "original Beatrice", which is usually used for the Beatrice that Kinzo met after the war and supposedly died before the Mansion was built (according to Genji).
