Eagles lost. Thanks to terrible coverage on Fitzgerald and missed opportunites in the passing game.

Shame for the Cardinals, they really had a chance there.

I am cool with Pittsburgh winning, eventhough I was cheering for Arizona since the beginning.

I must say, those last 49 seconds really made me glad I'm from Pittsburgh and not Arizona, lol.

Man, that was an awesome game.

/me is in a dorm room, listening to all the fireworks, honking, and helicopters out there.

If you're in Pittsburgh: Approach the Cathedral of Learning at your risk.

I watched it despite not being a fan at all (and despite having played a bit to an NFL PS2 game, i don't really understand that sport and its rules), but the last quarter was good, i think

I felt surprised to be anxious that Arizona could lose (and they lost XD...) despite not knowing anything about that team, state, people etc XD

This is what happens when you wait 3QUARTERS to throw it to your ALL-WORLD receiver....

Game woulda been a blow out if they woulda just tossed it up to Fitzgerald earlier...On the killer INT Kurt Warner is throwing the ball in the MIDDLE OF THE DEFENSE from the 3 yard line(!!) instead of using the Fade route...Fitzgerald would have had 300 yds if they didn't take the whole game to throw it to him...Cards defense did more than enuff to win this game...Cards offense out-thunk themselves...I don't care if you have 3 guys covering him, throw the dang ball up to Fitzgerald, because he's the best player on the field with the best hands in the solar system...They got'em involved too late...

This particular game indeed has that kind of affect on spectator. I understand you perfectly.

Congrats to Steelers-fan. You folks have one heck of a team, and another legendary quarterback in the making.

As a bitter Giants fan, all I can take out of this 2008-2009 season is that the Eagles didn't make it to the superbowl. I've got no class when it comes to fan-faring. Here is to next season. Oh, how I wish we had a Larry Fitzerald in our team!

Well, I have been cheering for the Miami Dolphins all the way back to the days when Dan Marino was a rookie and I have never known much about that area.

Even when the Cardnils pulled ahead I still had that gut feeling the Steelers would win. It may have been a different game if the cardnils could have gotten Fitzgerald going earlier. He was basically a non factor in the first half.

I agree, not having Larry get fired up in the first half hurt the Card's momentum.

Former Titans, Ravens QB McNair found dead at 36

NFL.com Wire Reports

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Former NFL quarterback Steve McNair, whose most noted drive was the final one of Super Bowl XXXIV, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head Saturday afternoon in a downtown condominium. Police said a woman was also shot dead.

McNair was 36 and played 13 seasons before retiring in April 2008. Police spokesman Don Aaron said officials tentatively identified the woman, but did not release her name. He confirmed she wasn't McNair's wife, Mechelle.

He said authorities were still investigating the shootings and that no suspects were in custody.

God, celebrites are dropping like flies.

RIP Air McNair.

I hope that the unidentified woman is not his mistress, or his name will be tainted. That would also make his wife the main suspect.

It sounds like they're are treating it as a murder/suicide senario so far (but not with McNair's wife being involved).

Anyways my wishes go out to the family, R.I.P. McNair.

His wife was around Atlanta. I don't see how she could be involved.
