Well, it is an update, there'd be hardly any reason to post it if no one would know about there being new information until they just happened to go into the thread for whatever reason and notice the post was updated recently.

So, as far as the question arcs go only episode 3 and the hidden tea party of episode 4 are left ? great, congratulations on your release and on being so close to a milestone.

EP2 Art is.... so .. ugly and pathetic... Even ryu's sprites are better then EP2's art.

EP 2's art is actually one of my favorites. Mostly I liked it because it's not the typica "prettyness" that is seen in almost every single manga, but a bit more different, which I thought fitted Umineko's element. I know most people hate the art for ep 2, but what can I say, I simply love it.

(Gotta say I like Banquet's art the most, but Turn is a close second)

Ya know, the person who drew for Banquet also drew Legend, and will return for Twilight. Dunno if you knew that, but whether or not that's the case, I just brought it up to mention one thing:

This is pretty much exactly the same how the Higurashi manga illustrations went down. The person who drew for the first installment ended up drawing for both the final installment and another installment that was two installments away from either one (for Higurashi it was the sixth, and for Umineko it was the third).

Well, for Higurashi, Karin Suzuragi drew for Onikakushi-hen and its answer arc Tsumihoroboshi-hen; Yutori Houjyou draw for Watanagashi-hen and its answer arc Meakashi-hen.

I'd say that Turn corresponds to Dawn (focus on George, Shannon, Jessica, Kanon; first twilight is neatly organized Ushiromiyas)
Less strongly, Legend corresponds to End (focus on Natsuhi, Kinzo's disappearance from the study, Hideyoshi attacked in guest room) and Banquet to Requiem (discussion of the epitaph and themes of the past, though those appeared in End, but not as strongly.)

Yet those pairs of arcs don't have matching artists.

Haha, I think Kei Natsumi's art is very good, but I like EP4 mangaka way better, and besides it's not fair that she got to draw 3/8 episodes.
I agree on Jiro Suzuki though. She overdid it. Her art in Tatarigoroshi is actually better than what she came up with for Turn.

I'm guessing it's because someone on the Chinese scanlation team actually buys the magazine and scans the raws for their group only.
