I mean, there are heck tonnes of mind break H-doujins out there, but Cyclone series on Nanoha just seems... I dunno. I'm a fan of this anime so I really can't do a correct judgment, but tugging at heart strings sounds exactly correct. You don't hate the author, you don't hate the story, the scenes are horrid (turn people on way), but somehow... it just tugs at heart strings.

Blame that tentacle image I found on NanoFate lol >_>.

I came across a Cyclone doujin recently that just had Hayate groping Nanoha. No tentacles or anything.

I can easily imagine Signum as a noir gumshoe or PI, but she's not the Sherlock Holmes type of detective.
