I present a strange chapter on the popular terrorist Minene, the katakana-speaker Yomotsu (who resembles Faust from Guilty Gear in this chapter partially), and there are even a few lines from the tad bit insane Tsubaki.

I know that anime-source has been working on Mosaic 2 for months now, but they aren't very fast... So thanks a lot for the script, I couldn't wait to read it.
One note for readers of the translated version of chp. 23: There are vital mistakes made...
serenade_beta, I think it would be great if you pointed out the most important mistakes they've done in recent chapters, since most of us can't read Japanese. As a huge fan of this manga I like to know every detail...

I didn't add in the smaller mistakes because there are way too many...
Besides for chp23, the others are anonymously translated.
Spoiler for chp 18 mistakes (main mistakes):
A small one, but on the first page, second to last panel:
English translation (scanlated): "If I don't, Mao-chan will..."
A better way to translate it is: "At this rate, even Mao-chan..."
Although it has a small effect, in the scanlated version, Yukiteru sounds like he is focused on Mao, but in the actual script, he is worried that if he doesn't do anything, Mao will also die along with them (because Mao is losing blood from Yuno's stab.)
Title on page 4:
Completely different meaning...
The scanlators has it saying "Even if it kills me"
It actually says "Even if I had to kill you"
Pg 9, third to last panel:
Scanlators: "..No! I don't wanna be like that anymore!"
Actually: ...I don't want that! I don't want to return to those times."
Although they overall mean the same thing, what changes is that in the scanlation, he's pretty much saying he doesn't want to be an outcast anymore. In the actually, he doesn't want to be outcasted.
It's just a matter of wanting to and being forced on.
Pg31, first panel
Scanlation: It would have been your fault if I started hating you.
Actually: It'd be bad for you if I hate you.
Makes less sense in the scanlation
Pg 37, first panel
Scanlation: "...Is that okay, Dad? You can just turn back time and redo it..."
Actually: "...Is that okay, Dad? Weren't you going to turn back time and redo it..."
The simple change means everything. The first one makes Hinata sound like a delusional kid who believes her father can use magic.
The actual meaning reveals what Hinata's father has planned to do with God's power. Hinata's father seemed to have told Hinata that when he wins and replaces Deux, he would rewind time and retry with his wife.
Pg 39, first panel
Scanlation: Even if it killed him, Yukiteru-kun only though of saving everyone.
Actually: I though Yukiteru-kun would save everyone even if it meant killing you.
Does it even need an explanation?

The scanlations did not put it in, but Aru found out "her parents were overseas" from a primary investigation.
In other words, this isn't some info everyone knows.

Scanlation: "Where is this business trip really to..."
Actually: "Just how true is this business trip..."
Aru is actually not even sure to believe that they have gone off on a business trip in actually.
Pg6, whole page
Scanlation: I had to present Yuno as my girlfriend. Because she was gradually getting worse. During the break, she had to come along. She escorted me daily, and the number of mails she sent doubled. I can't tell her the truth... That the "declaration as lovers" was a lie... But what is this bad feeling..."
Actually: "Ever since my "lover's declaration", Yuno's acts have been escalating. She chases after me during breaks. The mail she sends me during the day are greatly increasing. I have to tell Yuno the truth. That "the lover's declaration was a lie". Otherwise, I'd feel awkward."
Completely different, right?...

Scanlation: "I couldn't have been mistaken in hearing him say '4th'"
Actually: "Unless I heard wrong, he said '4th'"
Where did Yukiteru get his confidence in the scanlation.

Scanlation: "Feeling this way is pointless. I have to hurry and make conversation... Yuno, let's go home. This place feels weird."
Actually: "It's no good continuing to feel this way. I have to tell her soon... Yuno, let's go home after all. I think we don't fit in here."
It's all thanks to the mistake in page 6... The scanlators make the chapel sound ominous...

Does this even make sense?! You go into stores to get food!
What she actually says is that they get into a gunfight in front of the store.

Scanlation: And they worry about such things such as the world being destroyed by the 6th.
Actually: Also, it will be troublesome if the person wants to destroy the world, like the 6th.
Basically, here, Kurusu is not just talking about Yuno and Yukiteru like scanlations make it seem.
He had to choose someone who was ambitious but will not endanger the world. So he chose Minene, who simply wanted to change the world and make it better.
Pg 31, panel 1 (one of the speech bubble on the left)
Scanlation: "This seige will let you escape."
Actually: "Even you can't escape from this seige."
Pg 33-34, panel 1
Scanlation: "I already know!"
Actually: "I don't care anymore!"
This makes more sense as to way Keigo suddenly cut the call off.
Pg 38, 3rd to last panel
Scanlation: "If we're going to die, I'd rather die on a full stomach."
Actually: "It's better for you to eat it rather than have a kid on the verge of death eat it."

Scanlation: "You understand adult's circumstances."
Actually: "You have learned about an adult's circumstances."
Minene is saying, in actually, that Yukiteru has now learned about Keigo's reasons. The scanlation makes it seem like Yukiteru knows all.

Scanlation: It's alright to be bad, since our time is up."
Actually: "The time that you're allowed to stay as a kid is already over."
AAAAAAAAAAH! *bangs head on the wall*

Minene is not already believing that the two are dead, but simply preparing just in case.

In flashbacks, we find out that she had talked to him several times in the past, and essentially been hitting on him more than once before they even got their diaries! Do I have my timeframes confused? Or is Yuki just missing a lot of what goes on around him? Is she actually popular at school, or is that just Yuki's imagination? I mean, he was SHOCKED when he found out she liked him, but she had even asked him if he would take her out stargazing, for example.

Actually, it looks like she only talked to him once. Because of that conversation about seeing the stars and becoming Yukiteru's bride, Yuno started stalking Yukiteru.
To Yukiteru, this probably was very insignificant so he forgot. But during the date in volume 2, he remembers thanks to Yuno.
As for if she is that popular, I don't know. Only Yukiteru has said it.
Also, the story doesn't really focus on silly school antics or even normal romance, so the story has not bothered with the school idol part.

Diary owners can't transfer their diary to another person, but they can "remotely control" other people by feeding them infomation? Or is Kousaka the new 8th?

Aru, being the amazing person he is, reveals that he went into Yuno's home and searched into the deep hole. He found three corpses. Two with no head and one with a complete body. The missing heads, with Yuno right now, are... Yuno's parents!
They never reveal who the third corpse is, but apparently it's really bad if the police find out.
I'm guessing that the dead corpse is her previous boyfriend, because Yukiteru looks like he could become a corpse too in a few days.
Speaking of Yukiteru, to describe him in a word-lifeless...
Aru wanted to use this information and go "Release us or we will tell the police" but Yuno got him... She made the creepiest, inhuman sound ever and falsified her memories again...
Now about to be cemented, Kousaka's cellphone's screen changed and his rank "Commoner" became "Diary Holder Apprentice"!
This was a message sent from the 8th...
I'm not 100% sure at the moment, but it seems that the 8th's diary can be used to send messages to other cellphones.
The 8th told Kousaka what to do and he has managed to break into Yuno's room.
Meanwhile, Aru and Mao are about to drown in cement.
Meanwhile, Hinata is still bounded up.
By the way. Yuno is honestly scaring me...
Next time - Priesthood Club; at this title, my guess is something like this...:
The 8th is using his diary to show people how amazing his powers are. He's trying to create followers that will obey him. With these followers, he plans to win the game.
Kind of like Tsubaki's, except the followers will have a mind of their own and the 8th can send them information through cellphones.
