That was another amazing episode. I thought the animation would suffer after what they showcased last week, but it still held up really well. In fact, the dogfight was pretty damn nicely animated.

I'm glad they didn't turn Ema into a damsel in distress that needed Leon to rescue her. She took care of her business all on her own, no matter how painful it was for her. The bigger surprise is that she actually managed to survive! Not only that, but she made a move on Leon! That ending was not unexpected, I was in fact hoping for it but I didn't think it would ever actually happen. After all, how often does the christmas cake win? It will be interesting to see how their relationship is going to develop from now on. She definitely can't tease him about being a boy like she used to.

Oh, and it's sweet Zaruba is back to being a main cast member.

Anyway is Garm guy or I was trolled by subtitles? Previous episodes I didn't pay attention and in this one she didn't said single "I" that would make it clear.

I just finish watching the second season of Garo, Makai Shenki. I was surpise that the main villian was Kouga friend back in training camp, I wonder if he summoned that horror or not. I got to say it trump the chapter of the black wolf in Special Effects and finally they Kiss for real.

You were trolled by the subtitles. Zaruba's line didn't indicate Gram's gender, he just said "yatsu" when he was talking about Gram, but "yatsu" can refer to both males and females.

By the way, I've just checked and she's using "watashi".

Even in real life it happens that people who just lost someone special just hit it off like that. Not everyone copes the same way and the show has already showed that over and over.

Well, that was a bit bad emotional state for both of them to start doing that. I don't see it last for long ( I mean the relationship, you dirty minded pervs out there )... but could add delicious drama and self-exploration moments ( again.. I mean mentally, damn ) .. good storytelling I would say. It happens to last I would be surprised, but not disappointed. Would be quite unique path for anime.

Even in real life people make similar stupid choices, so yes it was probably bad but it happened. We don't even know if a relationship could grow out of this to begin with. Then again, I doubt we'll get to see an awkward morning after where one of the two wants to talk about what happened.

To be honest I think that Ema is likely to say it was just for one night, even if she had admit that Léon has matured.

Actually they pushed Leon x Emma ship till Lara appeared. But now with Lara being dead it would be not so bad to sail it ones more. Garo protag should get a girl in the end. Herman already got his.

Honestly I'm expecting that eventually, unless the writers want Alphonso to carry on the line, I don't think they'll be another major love interest, so there's a good chance this will be the final girl if they go that, she is a main character so it makes sense.

Were the guys in turbans also makai knights? I thought makai knights wore full armor? The fact that those guys were portrayed as jerks makes it questionable, since they are supposed to protectors.

There's named knights and non named knights, Turbans were non named, and thus likely fodder, but knights none the less. They weren't entirely wrong, douchebags but it's not like we saw them kill civilians or let people die, they just really did not agree with Luciano.

Well she does certain things that catch your attention than other episodes, like how suggestive the scene from the 1st image is. The 2nd image happened all the way in episode 2, and it always stood out to me because of how the camera seemed to focus on her legs like that, which probably was her most attractive feature at the time, given her circumstances.
