I agree. It seems like its getting more gundamesque with the battles and lack of drama. What made me love the first season was the DRAMA and lackthereof is sort of pissing me off. The whole "love" scene was also a turn off. We got enuf animes that deal with that crap, code geass is suppose to be exciting for the whole backstabbing and the scheming. This episode didn't really do that for me since whatever scheming there was wasn't exciting or entertaining imo. Watching these episodes... sometimes I wonder if there's an entirely different staff writing the scripts for the second season. 6/10

i think anya is accutaly Lulu sister and she had her memorys remade. Since CC said "It can't be" and also prince charles is standing next to lulu and nunnaly when that wierd light phase is on when at mondred

And that the current nunnaly is a fake!

The episode did not feel tight, it felt like a bunch of scenes thrown together. If I were to actually rate it it would be around a 6, and that's not because I'm a Kallen fanboy predicting character assassination/derailment.

I must confess that R2 has been losing its lustre and that damned Turn 12 isn't going to help things. Hopefully steam will pick up from 13+ and we get some movement otherwise I'm seeing a very poorly managed conclusion as projected.

Hopefully this Ninja Cornelia can serve as a nice replacement.

I think the reason most people are bashing R2 is because they are comparing it to the greatness of the season 1 finale. I've rewatched season 1 many times and I can say that R2 is advancing at a much quicker pace. Theres no reason to be dissapointed, the story will get much better as we approach the climax.

Anya will be related, in some manner, to Lulu. I think we can all agree on that. But a plot twist like the one you describe would be kinda detrimental to the show. I can see fans saying, "So why the F did I just watch this show for the last two years?"

The idea is a bit far fetched but I don't agree that it'll be detrimental to the show. It would be a good plot twist in my opinion. Its not like Lelouch would abandon her just for that reason.

the only way i could see that happening is if charles used his geass more then once on lelouch. and considering his is an eye contact geass with the ability to remake someones memories.. that would be one hell of a hax.

but i don't think thats the case, however i do recalle someone thinking she could be euphie's clone. (before r2 stared)

+ the left arm that got busted up during last season seems to be held in place by 2 straps to her body since she cant use it

But the fact that this scene went by so fast in the preview was a bit.. odd Imo

And her being that new student? I doubt it since she looks a bit too "Happy" to be wearing the cornelia clothes + sword, but that's just me though.
