If I remember correctly, Jack said that this is his body.
It might be that he went into the abyss and it's time warping-thing reversed Jack's body into that of a baby. The one Zai got when he went off with the 'real Oz', maybe. I think Oswald (or Revis) said that they thought Alice might be a young Lacie, so to think that the Abyss might have that kinda ability is not too far-stretching imo. We'll see later how Jack's body got into the possession of Zai, though I really do think it has something to do with exchanging the babies, Oscar was talking about in previous chapters. I hope that cleared up your question :3 |

The one siding with Jack is the Will of the Abyss.
People might get confused because Jack said "Alice", but both have the same name. Alyss is just a nickname given by the fandom after all. And Jack wanted Alyss to help him so of course he didn't say "Will of the Abyss" as it sounds rather unfriendly, so he called her by her name. |
