An awesome chapter.
The Yuma carrying limbless Cynthia scene is very brutal.

I don't understand why Cynthia's arm so far away from her?
She has no legs, so how do you explain the distance between the arm and the rest of her body?

The arm fell off as Yuma was carrying Cynthia.

I took it as she just fell apart from using so much Youki. How would parts of her organs be missing? Why would it take so long for her arm to fall off like that? The perspective of time is a little confusing and we never saw them take direct damage from Alica/Beth (whoever it was, I can't keep track of the two) so yeah.

Anyone else have some insight?

Try the Sugooi Scans release for a better translation. Also, the Franky-House translation (credited to AnimeYuki) looks very suspiciously like Weils's translation posted here.

Either she overused her yoki trying to save Yuma and/ or was cut up trying to defend against the Raciella clones. Either way, it seems more implied than made clear.

Good piece of drama though.

What if Beth sliced one of her arms, both of her legs, some of her organs and only left a tiny piece of flesh holding her remaining arm together?

Then, since she doesn't has any Yoki left to regenerate, that piece of flesh eventually broke and the arm fell off.

has the Destroyer simply not launched its 2nd volley of projectiles, as it was seen ready to do so in the previous chapter(s) ?

it is most likely that Cynthia sacrificed herself against Beth to protect-save Yuma, and got "mangled-torn" up.

Presumably, Beth feels Priscilla approaching and focuses on her, letting Yuma run away carrying Cynthia with her.

I don't like priscilla's new behavior-attitude .... it is too much like Teresa's, lol. Priscilla is all cocky-teasing-mocking-insulting just like Teresa. Except, Teresa flaunted-showed off her superiority verbally in a joking way, Priscilla just flaunts-shows off her superiority verbally by just stating it. BORING Priscilla, always inferior to Teresa, hehe.

love Priscilla's power. And here most of us readers (including me), were wondering-worried about the Destroyer... as the top threat... Yagi sure fooled all of us.... *grins*

We could sure use Teresa right now... to bad she's dead....

It seems to be time to see just how powerful Clare really is...... (as the last pages of chapter 98 seem to suggest as Clare finally notices Priscilla's yoki)

obvious answer to who can stop Prisilla is... Clare awakens into Teresa. duh. why do we need to wait a month between chapters. its such a letdown. things are finally heating up again too, which makes it that much worse.

anywho, i'm a sucker for self sacrifice. Cynthia gets major props for doing what she did (if she actually did overload herself healing Yuma and fighting off the other things) and for her self belittling speech. if Yagi had drew that out any more, i probably would have teared up.
