Wow, that sounds like a bit of a copout. Instead of ending the story then and there, the mangaka goes and introduces a new character? For what purpose?

I was hoping that there would be some scenes where Hakua and Jin do some "catching up," but I suppose then that by this point Hakua is out of the running for Jin's heart.

I want to continue with the story where it left off, and want to ask, is Manga good?
If we look at the Manga and Anime, which is better and does story get better, more romantic, etc. ?

If you're referring to the officially released manga in North America, it was dropped after Volume 3- so it stops before the anime ends. The anime seems to have followed it closely. I don't know Japanese, so I can't say if the original manga is good or not.

Man, coming back to this thread always depresses me. I hate that they gave up on it so early...

The manga is airing from January 2006 to ongoing and currently consists of 7 volumes. I know about the writers health issues and that it was cancelled for 2 years approx, but then it came back. What I want to know is if the Manga is good, that's all, hehe.

I've been told that many Kannagi fans have "rage-quit" after the events in the 6th Volume.
What happened in the 6th volume?
The Anime with the story went up until Volume 3, Chapter 18, and I really want to know what happened in Volume 6 that made many people angry.

If possible, while answering, could you write the short, key thing that made them angry and then explain everything on long and wide, if you can? TL;DR and explained versions.

When will chapter 58 be out? I've started recently the manga (although i'm already in the last chapter) and I don't know how much does it usually take to be released.

Nagi return, she remain as 13 while the rest has already reach their 20, last chapter in the entire group reunion with passing words about what each person is currently doing. Jin x Nagi is official, best ending for manga in a while

All in all, Waiting for Eri-sensei next work. Kannagi was amazing. Nagi last confession was pretty touching.

Zange continue her idol/ purify things. Hakua and Jin is not really mentioned, seem like they are university student, Akiba became a manga artist, Takako managed to pass the interview for job ( the manga show the scene of interview). Daitetsu noted himself to be at an art university. The rest is not really mentioned, but considering their age, presumed to be at university as well

None, not even implied, some interaction between character is end mostly as Jokes.

Hakua is shown to be walking with Jin later, talking about her parents, Jin thought to himself about him and her.

Translation of Jin thought about Hakua :
" ahh, it might be that if I hadn't meet Nagi and Tsugumi, I and this girl could ....."

Well since the scene with Zange and Nagi was really good I will translate it:

Zange song :
- Nee, Nee-sama, for back in memorial we 2 have been protecting this place for eternity, forever, forever.
- Nee, I can hear the voice of the Ubako, Everyone is cute, our children. I wonder if the gods is happy ????

Nagi confession ( last few pages):
- Hey Jin, ever since long ago, I could hear the voice of the Ubako, always looking at everyone, my children.
- Now, I could only hear the sound of that heart.
- Then from now on, let's lead a fun and happy life.
- Unn
- So everyone, thanks you being with us until now ( picture of everyone) *END*

What interesting is how both the words of Zange and Nagi said parallel each other yet differences, trying my best to translate them as close as possible. Reading this actually make me want to unleash my inner translator again.
