When I said there is the same "connection" I have been purposedly vague. I leave to your interpretation what kind of connection it is. Mere fanservice? Same persons? That's up to you.

Anyway both Bernkastel and Lambda share the same commonalities with their higurashi counterpats:

- Same physical appearances
- Strong connection with the names
- Same voice actresses
- Pretty similar background

I think there's one main culprit. Someone who knows how to draw the magic symbols and writes the letters.

Each game probably has different accomplices.

Having multiple killers sort of makes everyone an eventual killer so no one is truly innocent. That said, it makes it virtually impossible to find a board where all family members can survive.

I suppose it's possible, but it seems kind of unlikely, as we're seeing events from his POV most of the time, and we're getting enough of his thoughts that finding out that he's a killer would seem like a blatant cheat at this stage.

Besides, he's almost invariably had a good alibi for every murder.
