Kogkyou will cut his you-know-what off if he wronged her in anyway
As for Ali and Mor.....I kind of got the impression from the manga that they're fated to be a couple anyway if you know what I mean.... And Ono can add another character to his CV of playing fujiyoshi bait

As to Kougyouku, I feel bad that her efforts were kind of wasted. Actually got Sinbad to visit Kou and in the end he didn't spend any time with her. Of course partly her fault falling for a guy that's dense in that respect. Though impressive she's going on the warpath to track him down this time .

Man, the production schedule for ep18 must've been super atrocious. So many instances of still frames when the audio implies more things should be happening on screen, repeated shots, in-betweeners sleeping on the job or killed by the Committee of 300, most noticeably during what should've been Morgiana's sakuga dance and on top of that:
Dem recycled OP footage. |

She does look a little pregnant to me. I'm not an expert, but I think it's an (undesired) optic illusion caused by the flaps of her dress as well as the shadows of the flaps cast onto her waist and belly, and it's made worse by her posture, with her arcing towards her right, it appears as if she has lost her waistline from her left side.

Feh! So much nit-picking, are you guys from Al Sarmen or something?
That was on the whole a fun plot bridging episode, although it left me with two thoughts. 1. Sindria on the whole looks like a great place to live, and 2. What we really need is a spin-off series where Sinbad and his seven generals go around being awesome! I'd watch that!! |

I'm curious though...
Why do people translate his name as "Sinbad", I mean, not only is that not the original spelling of the original character, but in the Japanese pronunciation there is CLEARLY a 'd' in there. Otherwise it would've been shinnobatto, rather than shindobatto. |
