Eps 20 & 21
Wow. Just wow. I'm speechless. Those two episodes were absolutely incredible. No question, those were well and truly worth the wait. I can't believe how incredibly well AtN is handling this supernatural component, but it's because it makes it so human. But those eps were just brilliant.

Why are you discussing the eps in spoilers? They're out, released, subbed, whatever, so they're fair game for unspoilered discussion
Spoiler for why am I spoilering this....?:
And by the looks of the next episode teaser, it looks like a very fun part of the manga is coming up |

I'm sure nearly everyone is aware of the fact that the episodes aired a while ago now but these eps have only been subbed (oops, MFI, ahem ) so there are still people who might not be aware they can watch these episodes now and therefore if they do read these latest posts they might be spoiled if it were not for the spoiler tags. Case in point, I haven't seen these eps yet and I'm grateful that I can Moderate this thread (to some extent) without being spoiled |

Speaking as a watcher of the show, rather than as a moderator... I am holding these episodes on my hard drive unseen until I break down and watch them. Since I don't know when I'll see episode 22 subbed, I'm savoring the idea of watching these two episodes and trying to hold out as long as I can before I break down and watch them, one-by-one.
Until I watch them, I consider it a good thing that these spoiler tags are used so that I can read the thread without fear. Spoiler tags are good!

xris & NSW - fair enough Guess I'm still somewhat bitter about the whole subs vs raws thing, and the proliferation of mountains of posts with nothing but a 'show spoiler' button. You both make good points in this particular case though, so I'm happy to continue any discussions in spoilers. Aria is something that should be enjoyed first hand

One step at a time I guess, encouraging people to use spoiler tags is the first important step, trying to get them to include a title is the next hurdle. Examples of titles in spoiler tags
text
It's not that we want spoiler tags to be used all the time since that would be a real hinderance to the discussion but having a short period of several days for newly released episodes is reasonable I think. Anyway, back on topic, heh Like NoSanninWa, I will not be watching the new episodes immediately. I prefer to watch an episode a week so I'm gonig to wait until the remaining eps have been released before adding Aria back on my viewing schedule. Reading some of the snippets here, it looks like I'll be enjoying them as with the rest. Going back to episode 15 (that shouldn't need a spoiler tag I hope ), I must admit I did like that "flashback" episode featuring Akatsuki, Woody, Al, Alicia and Akira ("Big Bro"). So funny that Akatsuki's childhood memories were dashed I'm a sucker for those kind of stories. |
