Well, sadly I haven't read this. I noticed this from a while ago, but reading the comments in narou it seems to have erratic developments starting May. Also from that point the update rate is getting slower. Decided to observe the situation for a while and it just stopped...

Far as translations go, there's some hints towards yandere for every love interest so far. As far for story goes, it seems very fast with how the development goes. I guess the author didn't have the patience for the build up.

It's not perfect but I find it interesting so far and I do recommend it for a quick read. Some people were quite put off by chapter 9 it seems, pretty out of nowhere that chapter came I say... But I still hang on to see if it remains fun.

Umh, the summary smells of recycled Arifureta, it seems like it got translated so I'll give it a try.
If the MC is really the slow type I will probably drop it, I like Arifureta because Hajime have balls and brain.
