A second PV this time featuring Code:04 Toki!!

I find the animation to Toki's power curious and Nenene is very cute

I'm not liking the special effects. The CG used for the effects stand out too much and doesn't blend well imo. It's weird, cause I thought the fire effects for the main looked nice in the first PV..

Definitely one of the anime Im looking forward to.
I remember how I loved KYO. I wish this will also get a OP which is awesome as Blue Requiem.

IMO this anime will be as good as Code Geass and depending on how long it goes eclipse Naruto and bleach as both of them are steadily losing value

That's not fact, the Code Breaker manga has been "steadily losing value" for more than 100 chapters. Hence why i'm hoping this anime won't go any further than the first main villain, or an anime original ending if they do.

In agreement with Ess. I was fascinated with the opening of Code:Breaker. It was so dark that it was unique. It feels like as time went on they tried to go more mainstream... and got worse.

Main site for the anime's updated some interesing information. Apparently Grandrodeo is doing the opening. Kinda odd given it;s a pretty dark series.

When you consider they've also done the OPs for Blassreiter, Kurokami and Togainu no Chi, I don't find it all that surprising to see them doing a dark series. The title's "DARK SHAME" too.

The ED will be sung by Suzumura Kenichi. Lantis has a teaser up for the song already:

I watched the last two PV on Seventhstyle's blog, and for what I saw in this show, I thought the animation is more than impressive (if not perfect) as expected from the director and the studio. However, I strongly hated the reviews that Seven (Seventhstyle's creator) gives. He's always there to insult the show itself before it even airs, and found the animation lazy (which isn't actually true). The only thing I can agree with him is it's going to be a generic shounen story, but unlike what Seven said, it will have something out of ordinary. The only other thing I didn't like is that the opening theme they use in the second PV isn't as catchy as I expected, but I'll get used to it later. I'll give the show a three-episodes rule (I read the manga quite a bit and thought it was good but nothing more than that) to see if I can like it and change Seven's mind (his tastes is something that I find it repulsive sometimes) or not.

According to the official website, 6 volumes were scheduled, which will most likely have 12 episodes. Too bad, I wish it was 2 cour instead.

What? CB is only getting 12 episodes? A series such as this can't possibly be decently made in only 12 eps.

Since the manga, despite having some good things, steadily lost its value for more than 100 chapters, as EssTess put it. For the anime's episode length, it was maybe planned for 1 cour to test its Blu-Ray/DVD popularity, and if it was good and popular enough, they plan for a second season. And the studio behind it is a much recent one (Kinema Citrus).
