Despite only having 4 chapters out this is turning out to be really good so far, Akira and Matsushirou in particular have something nice chemistry going on.

ah, I have read of this one. Though it looks like some group pick it up. Its been months since I last heard of it.

Its a good story with a super pessimist that that is actually nice but kinda idiotic but smart. He is warding off the others because he doesn't want to get hurt due to his love ones died in front of him.

Its really a cute story.

I agree, but there aren't a whole lot possible options. Hell the medicinal tools in that room with the hanged doll really seems to point to him.

That's the problem, unless the author decided he wants to write kiddie manga, which the rest of the material would suggest he isn't, or this is not some short, the suspicious looking dude is the least likely.

That and, the entire premise sucks, why the hell would he kidnap girls and hide them in the house he's living in anyway? Also why does he need to wear a mask, when it's his damn house—he's the least suspicious person there.

Unfortunately I have a very bad feeling about this. You see there was this (really bad and stupid) series with a similar premise: transfer student that's a "shinigami", and magic girl helper. It all fits a little too well. The problem with the show in question was it had a really bad habit of pulling completely illogical mystery solutions out of it's ass; hopefully this manga isn't some spiritual successor. =_="

If this manga is legit though, then there should be some extra juice in the photos. That being said, the other solutions were a little forced. Like the "back of the paper", but well it's not like I have a problem as long as there is a logical explanation (which currently there has been, minus the ghost stuff ).

So it turns out that the "Girl A" was the real mastermind. Funny thing is considering what Hahane is like this plan would have most likely failed anyway.

how exactly they even going to pin this on Girl A anyway? There's no hard evidence against her being behind the murders unless they can find her PC and server to the suicide site.

So it looks like Girl A did get arrested afterall probably for assault, attempted murder and trespassing. Matsushirou had pretty interesting reaction when his brother returned to the house. I guess Kuro has killed before and seems more then willing to doing it again. It was already implied that Hahane was hinding things from Akira, but such a important thing as this? There's definitely way more to legend of the miko's revival than what's being let on.

I don't like the new character they recently added.

5-6 pages in and he already annoyed me how he was acting against Matsushirou and then at the end accusing him for stealing something because he doesn't like him while there was other people in the same room

Matsushirou is kinda like a detective
the new character is in love with Akira, which make me wonder if the author is going to make the rest of important male character fall in love her.

I'm sorry my own personal preference got in the way
I usually don't like the jealous / easy irritated character that is WAY to clingy to the one that they like, be it the main character or side characters

But re reading the chapter I can see your point that why it was an solid accusation.

That's some really nice detective skills he has going on, surely will help a lot making Akira an normal girl once again.

And I also laughed when their was supposed to be an emotional scene with Anna and Matsushirou and he just shoved her away cause she was blocking the door

The whole "must make people hate me so they don't die" gimmick is brilliant when it comes to making awesome moments like that.
