About 1:11-1:12. It's literally blink and you'll miss it.

EDIT: Wow there's a lot of details. Hitomi replaces Sayaka next to Kamijou, Sayaka is depressed in the background. Homura stalks Madoka in each still. Mami and Charlotte lying together has a super brief second where Charlotte eats Mami's head. Kyoko pats Sayaka on the head while she cries. I wasn't even thinking about it, but the scene of Homura running is her time travel "background". Her wtf expression at Kyubey is priceless. The final scene has Homura and Mami umm...snuggling with Madoka, while Sayaka and Kyoko are together behind them.

Kudos for the person(s) who put the time into this. It's not quite as hilarious as the hand drawn Madoka one, but it's definitely just as good.

Dunno, I'd rather vote for this one. The hand drawn OP is naughtier, but the flanderization of QB's pervy image begins to look disturbing, so the impact wears off rather soon.
