darthfanta@ Let's put this way...normal magic = normal bullet while power of destruction = Laser beam. Then again depends on how skilled the user is. Maybe Rias brother true form in this vol will make this more clear to you.

It's a referrence to Baal The Lord of Destruction in Diablo 2 Expansion Pack.
The power of destruction originally came from the House of Baal in HS DxD.
In ancient lore Baal was a pagan God- or rather a common denominator for regional pagan Gods who offered protection, often symbolized by a statue of a golden bull for strenght and fertility, he had no such powers.

Wow! I just realized that! I'm quite surprised I never saw anyone mentioned about this before, or maybe it had been mentioned already but the sheer size of this thread made me give up trying to read it all.

I never expected Blizzard reference to appear here though. I thought only the Koreans would care in the Far East.

People dislike Saji because he was after his King's(Female) love and to fulfil her dream if I remember correctly.

Then when he gets his powers raised he just like forgets about whats her name his king and goes after other girls. Then she the king shows interest in Ise and reaffirms us the readers that she has always seen him as just a brother. Am i remembering this correctly?

Could this be seen as a 2 face effect conveyed by the author and being the opposite of Ise?

Well Zack many of us hate him due to first impressions. Read Ise and Saji's first encounter vol 3 and you'll get the picture. Also in the same volume he said he wants to marry Sona by making her pregnant. All things aside, I lighten on my hate on him since he has changed in later volumes.

When did he go after other girls??? nom@n said something about Hercules stepping onto Sona's back and taunting her....It is time for Saji to make her fall lol. I am alright with all of the characters...I mean everyone has their flaws...cant expect everyone to be the same....would be boring

For me, he is still a likeable character..

Good analysis of the power.

Going by how Rias uses the power though it seems like she doesn't have a good imagination (she just uses it like a machine gun apparently) when that power could be used so much differently. Sirzechs has a good imagination to come up with making them orbs that he can move freely to attack or block. I think Rias should train without using her PoD (it's implied she can also use all the elements) and instead use other magics that require more imagination to be able to win (for example she could use water magic to practice how to make her magic flow more smoothly, earth magic to learn how to better make different types of walls for defense, fire magic to restrict movements and air magic to practice speed attacks) after doing this she could incorporate what she learned from using all the elements into her ability making her PoD much more powerful.
Maybe nickname it after completion "Element of Destruction".
