- They only need to take control over two locations. 1) The ship's control room 2) The school + tank garage. Take over DONE.

Who wouldn't want to? The problem is if they CAN. There's a reason that IRL, terrorist attacks and/or hijacking ships aren't common: the amount of manpower needed to successfully take over a ship is more than what most terrorist organizations have resources to do. Most terrorist attacks on ships involve just blowing it up, instead of taking it over.

Then try out the problem of doing the same on what's basically a floating CITY. You'll need an organized army just to accomplish taking over the ship in the first place. Your average terrorist though? Not bloody likely.

How thick is the armor under the tank compared to the front, side, top, and rear. I can guess that designer probably don't expect to get shot at under often (I think it can happen sometime if tank gets shot at under when it tries to cross over the top of hill/dune) so, it shouldn'thave much armor right?

The belly is the weakest part of many tanks yes, since it's not expected to take much fire than the front, sides and rear, and you're doing something very wrong if you receive a shot from a tank or infantry AT weapon on the belly. Modern vehicles are currently bucking the trend though due to the threat of roadside IED's, resulting in better protected bellies (exemplified in vehicles like the MRAP). For WW2 vehicles though, the belly is still quite thin yes, and would only be thick enough to provide structural support for the tank.

On the other hand, spoiler tags don't work if you activated the notification - the E-mails they send you contain all the text.

Of course, there's always the choice of just turning Notifications off until you watch the episode personally.

Spoiler for ep12: - They kill MAUS by firing at the air vent on the top of it. The method they use is very creative!!!. Spoiler for how: 1) They drove Hezter to UNDER the MAUS, lifing MAUS head up from the ground, prevented it from moving. 2.) Type89 ran up to the top of MAUS using Hezter's slope armor then used its body to prevent MAUS from rotating its Turret. 3.) Panzer 4 ran up to the hill and shot down at MAUS' air vent. 4.) DONE, goodbye Tier 10 - Rabbit team is awesome in this ep. they killed Jad...Tiger and another tank destroyer. - SAKI TALK!!!! - Duel between Miho and Maho..... - THEY WIN! - Mother and Maho accept Miho now. Erika? She said Black forest will not lose next time with smile. - Ooarai team return to their town like the war hero - END no sign of SS2 __________________ Last edited by Marina2; 2013-03-25 at 08:43.

Spoiler for WOOOOOOOOW: Yep, it was a Little Army repeat, except this time thanks to Mako DRIIIIIIIIIIIFTO, Miho wins against her onee-chan. Cue Erika's indignant frown as her Tiger 2 arrived too late. And LOL Shiho. She's the LAST person to clap, and it was when everyone else had left. I suppose she can't very well disown Maho now. Some other notes: Apparently Ooarai fell on the Maus like a pack of WOLVES, and took it down. It lost the Hetzer in the process though. Oh, and the Lee! What a great showing, taking out the Ferdinand and the Jagdtiger! __________________

LoweGear Secret Society BLANKET Graphic Designer Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: 3 times the passion of normal flamenco	My face this entire episode: Spoiler for SENSHADO: Actually there was a bit of BS involved in the final battle, such as how a Hetzer can lift a Maus off its tracks, though that very act knocked out the Hetzer afterwards. Still, the entire battle took elements from the battles that preceded before and made the girls work for their victory. Using the Tiger (P) as a blockade to isolate Maho from the rest of the Black Forest tanks in a YOU SHALL NOT PASS moment allowing for a Nishizumi sister duel was a well done maneuver. The best showing this episode though goes to the Rabbit Team, who singlehandedly manages to knock out both the Jagdtiger and Elefant Kelly's Heroes style before it got taken out as well. All possible because... SAKI SPOKE All the character moments at the end of the match though was very heartwarming. Maho congratulating Miho, Sodoko erasing Mako's records, and even Shiho clapping for a good match. Damnit, I want my S2 now ;-; The last anime that made me feel such awesomeness from its ending due to everything coming together so well was Gurren Lagann __________________ Against all the evil that hell can conjure, all wickedness that mankind can produce... I guess I'll have to suspend my disbelief that a Hetzer can lift up a Maus .. That said, despite temptations to draw comparisons between GuP and real life due to "real life tanks" being used .. I think any and all claims or comparison with realty in this series has gone out the door now friends. Seriously. The physics in this world are clearly different .. __________________ Nyaaaan~~
