No map afaik

4 Continents
Human, Ajin, Mazoku, and Divine Continent

3 races fighting for the ownership of Divine Continent which has been abandoned by the Divine Race for some reason.

For the exact number of countries, only Mazoku's is known

Mazoku : 7 Kingdoms (By the end of the series the number changes)
Ajin : Mostly tribes, but there are countries like the elves' and Yuzuriha's. Exact number unknown
Human : Many, exact number unknown. Some of them were mentioned in character introduction.
